Bay Colt

A neat and nimble individual with a rapid turn of foot, it was this colt’s game attitude and lightness of foot that really stuck with us. He clocked a great time in a very convincing manner in the breeze, and we doubled down on our regard for him when inspecting him afterwards. He has a very honest head, and shows great agility and a striking, purposeful action.

The ACCLAMATION colt is a clean-limbed individual that breezed very adequately, was light on his feet when asked to trot at inspection, and it is remarkable that we got him for the price that we did when he is by a proven, 15-time Group 1 producing stallion. I think he was an extremely huge bit of value and could be anything. - Richard Ryan

Pedigree

It is said that ACCLAMATION “is creating his own legacy” in our time, with an impressive list of stars on his roll of honour. DARK ANGEL, MEHMAS, ACLAIM, EXPERT EYE, ROMANTIC WARRIOR and MARSHA are just some of the names that can be attributed to him, most of them notable as sires themselves. With a total of 149 Flat Stakes performers, 30 Group winners and 35 other Stakes winners, he is amongst the very top of the sire leaderboard and doesn’t look to be slowing down.

CHICA LA HABANA is a winning mare by HAVANA GOLD, and out of the winner of the Listed Pretty Polly Stakes, ESLOOB, who won three times and placed twice from only six starts, including third in the Group 1 Fillies’ Mile at Ascot. Her half-sister is the Godolphin broodmare SIYADAH, rated 102 and dam to a number of top performers. These winning family traits stretch to third dam ROSEATE TERN, who was a top race mare for Luca Cumani, winning several high class Stakes races, including the Group 1 Yorkshire Oaks and Group 2 Jockey Club Stakes.
