Fixette

Fixette was a smart and precocious sprinter for Francis-Henri Graffard in France. She opened her account as a juvenile at Saint-Cloud, then went on to finish second in both the Group 3 Prix du Bois and the Group 3 Prix de Cabourg in 2016. She was also third in the Prix la Fleche.

By the top class sire Kodiac out of a Speightstown mare, she comes from a family with real depth. It includes the Matron and Spinaway Stakes winner Talking Picture, and through her the Group 1 performers Trusted Partner, Dress To Thrill, Kyprios, Search For A Song and Free Eagle.1

At stud, Fixette has been a consistent source of winners. Her first foal, Faro de San Juan, won on debut. The Fixer (by No Nay Never) followed with a win in the Listed Prix la Fleche.

Her best product to date is Opulence Thoroughbreds Lowther Heroin ROYAL FIXATION. She was bought by Opulence Thoroughbreds for 180,000gns at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale and became our flagship horse of 2025. She won the Group 2 Lowther Stakes at York, providing Opulence Thoroughbreds and her sire Palace pier, both their first Group winner, before folllowing up with placed efforts in the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes.

Fixette has since welcomed another another colt by Palace Pier, a full brother to Royal Fixation, and we cannot wait to see his progress once he reaches the track!
