We have had great success with this sire, most notably with MOTORIOUS, who earned us 220,000 GNS in sales proceeds before going on to win a Group 3 at Santa Anita, and TYNDRUM GOLD, who won both of his starts in the hands of Roger Varian last year and looks a very smart horse. This colt is a miler in the making and demonstrated a fantastic action in the breeze, travelling extremely smartly. He is built well with a strong physique and real substance to him, whilst retaining great athleticism.

This is a good, strong horse with great bone and the physical maturity of an older horse. He is from a slightly underrated vendor that doesn’t have large numbers, so he was carefully minded and has a great mouth and good manners. He is a very under the radar horse in general, and the stallion is underrated but is getting plenty of smart winners at the moment. I really liked him and think he has every chance of making the grade. - Richard Ryan

Pedigree

Whilst MUHAARAR was a speed horse himself, he is making a name for himself as an excellent source of middle distance types, and had a surge of winners last season. He had a great triumph with the Varian-trained ESHAADA, who landed his first Group 1 winner at Royal Ascot, whilst another of his daughers, ALBAFLORA, took second place in the very same race. Continuing on this line of success, he now has a number of exciting three-year-olds on hand, including 109-rated CICERO’S GIFT and Group 2 winner POLLY POTT.

The family line is littered with black-type, with plenty of speed throughout. His grandam is half-sister to 120-rated DEACON BLUES, and THE TIN MAN, the multiple Group 1 winner who earned over £1.2 million in prize money with trainer James Fanshawe. She was a four-time winner herself, and produced four winners from five runners, including our colt’s dam, SO CLAIRE.
