During this time he has trained over 1500 winners and won more than £26 million in prize money. These include two Classic winners: Motivator (winner of the Derby and successful stallion) and Sariska (triumphant in the Oaks and now a prized broodmare). With 45 Group wins to his name, he has made his mark in racing history, training some of the top racehorses in the UK. Some of his biggest wins include the Golden Jubilee Stakes, the Nunthorpe Stakes and the Lockinge Stakes.

Fitzroy House was built in the late 19th century, it has been home to two champion trainers, Marcus Marsh and Frank Butters, either side of the Second World War. Since those early days, the yard has been expanded and now has a capacity for 91 horses. Situated in the heart of the town, it is ideally placed to make use of the extensive gallops available to Newmarket trainers. There are literally miles of all weather gallops and hundreds of acres of grass gallops.
