In the words of our bloodstock agent, Richard Ryan, “purchasing this horse was an easy choice to make.” He looks the spitting image of his sire, PROFITABLE, and just as powerful. The pictures don’t really do him justice, and it is only when you stand next to him that you can get a sense of how impressive he is. He has an enormous stride which showed through on the breeze, travelling effortlessly to clock a great time. All in all, he looks very much like he will pack a punch on the track!

This horse is the complete image of his sire and I had that in my mind on first inspection. He is a very masculine colt and the second and third shows were just as physically impressive. Clive Cox really is the perfect fit for him, and has been in touch to say that he is a belter of a horse and just like his dad.

Our colt is by PROFITABLE, who had an exceptional first crop with four Group winners, including QUICK SUZY and MIRAMAR. He was the fastest Group 1 sprinting son of INVINCIBLE SPIRIT, rated superior to his sire on the track, and now he is outperforming KINGMAN’s first crop at stud! He won at two, three and progressed again at four to take three Group races, including the Kings Stand Stakes (Group 1).

His dam is an American DISTORTED HUMOUR mare, full-sister to Group 3-winning COLIZEO, who had much success in the US as a three and four year old, earning himself a TimeForm Rating of 108. Grandam COLONY BAND was a Group-performer and Listed-winner, also in the US, before producing three winners as a broodmare.
