Opulence Thoroughbreds abide by The BHA Syndicate Code Of Conduct. We work closely with the BHA, registering your ownership and protecting client interest at all times.
The British Horseracing Authority is responsible for the governance, administration and regulation of horseracing and the wider horseracing industry in Britain. The BHA leads on the development and growth of racing, and prioritises the health and welfare of the sport's participants.
You will be registered with the British Horseracing Authority as an owner subject to your percentage ownership. Our syndicate agreements are transparent and are written (formed) by an equine law firm. We are also a member of The Racehorse Syndicate Association. The RSA is run by a management committee who are elected annually by the members and is recognised by the BHA (British Horseracing Authority), ROA (Racehorse Owners Association) and the NTF (National Trainers Federation).
Having registered your interest as an owner, we will register you as a member of the syndicate, so that all prize money, fees and resale profits are distributed to you in accordance to the Opulence Thoroughbreds legislation and syndication for those aforementioned items.
